
My fitness schedule has suffered a little for the last few weeks due to crazy schedules. This morning I had a little time to fit in a workout and I made the best of it. I did 2 miles of walking forward and backward with a little running. It wasn’t as much as I would have like to have done, but it was much better than nothing at all. It was warm and breezy and a little humid, but for me I like to sweat as I feel like I am working even harder! I felt so much clearer in my head when I finished and the 2 miles was enough to warm my body up to work it out. So remember, busy schedule, not feeling it, or whatever your excuse is, fit some kind of work out in. Your body and mind will thank you! Enjoy your weekend!
