
I took a great walk break today! Got my 4 miles of walking in, listening to some good tunes and clearing my mind of cobwebs! It’s amazing how much better you will feel if you get outside and do some exercise and listen to music. I try to only concentrate on my foot steps and the music, it’s my form my meditation to clear my mind. My body and mind feel so much better when I finish!
We all lead very busy lives these days with our minds over loaded! It’s important you take a break each day and let your mind relax. Today’s technology is wonderful, but with Smart phones and emails a touch away, it is more difficult to just get away from it all. While exercising, If your mind starts wandering to think about what you have to do, try pulling it back to think about calming things like the ocean or the wind blowing the trees. If you work on training your mind to relax you will find each time it gets a little bit easier.
