
Got my mind back into shape today and went on a great 4 mile brisk walk! The weather was fabulous, light breeze and my head was in the zone, just like it use to be when I ran! I have been missing that zone feeling with not being able to run because of a slight injury with my right leg, but today was the day!
I now feel energized to do some work tonight. It is amazing what exercise does for your mind! Exercise helps your body and your mind, always remember that.
Hopefully this will motivate you to take a nice walk after dinner, or run if you can. Exercising outdoors far outweighs exercising indoors in my opinion.
Get out there and exercise!
