
Laughing is highly under rated on what it can do for your life. Did you know that Laughing can help make your immune system stronger, or a big laugh can be a mini workout? A big belly aching laugh raises your heart rate which, when practiced a lot, can in turn raise your metabolism. Raising your metabolism can help you shed pounds! When laughter happens, endorphins are released in your body which make you feel better. Learning to laugh more helps you to have more fun in life. Having more fun in life helps to reduce stress. Laughing is also contagious. It’s almost impossible not to laugh, or at least smile, when we see someone laughing uncontrollably. We may look away a minute, so as not to buy into this behavior, but we find ourselves looking back or even taking a peek to see if that person is still rolling on the floor! By this time we are smiling and probably at least doing a small chuckle. It happens, it’s like a virus, but it’s a wonderful virus to have every chance we can get!
