
I have not been working out as much as I would like, so….
I have decided to do a Spring Challenge for myself and invite anyone else who would like to participate with me! There are 6 weeks until Easter; so I am challenging myself to boost my exercise routine and more closely watch what I eat. I have already cut out popcorn until then! Popcorn is my favorite!
So far I have walked/run 4 miles each day for 3 days this week. I just put my shoes on, put my tunes in my ears and get out the door first thing in the morning. You must pick your best time of day! I am already experiencing more energy just from increasing my steps. You can do this too!
